The TEA Learning Platform (Transforming Energy Access – Learning Partnership) is an e-learning portal developed for the University of Sierra Leone (USL) in collaboration with the University of Cape Town, supported by UKAid.

The platform hosts specialized energy access courses integrated into USL's MPhil in Energy Studies programme at Fourah Bay College's Faculty of Engineering and Architecture. Courses include "Local Solutions for Energy Access," "Mini-grids: Planning and Design," and "Solar Appliances for Off-grid Communities" — all designed to equip the next generation of African engineers with practical clean energy skills.
