I'm Emmanuel Kamanda — an Electrical & Electronic Engineer and Full-Stack Developer based in Freetown, Sierra Leone. I'm driven by a singular belief: technology should solve real problems for real communities.

As Co-Founder of Easy STEM SL, I co-developed the Easy STEM Server that brings offline educational access to over 30,000 beneficiaries across Sierra Leone. I also led the development of SenseBod — an AI educational platform leveraging NLP and computer vision — recognized by UNICEF and NSTIC, and winner of the Generation Unlimited Challenge 2022.

Currently serving as Lead Software Developer at Africell Sierra Leone, I architect AI-powered telecom solutions — from intelligent network optimization to ML-based fraud detection — maintaining 99.9% system uptime.

Beyond software, I supervise the UNIPOD Prototype Lab, hold a licensed drone pilot certificate, and coach Sierra Leone's First Global Robotics team internationally.
